Feriron Lojistik provides international and domestic logistics services. The main services offered are as follows:
- Uluslararası deniz taşımacılığı (FCL/LCL)
- Kara taşımacılığı ve dağıtım
- Hava kargo hizmetleri
- İntermodal taşımacılık çözümleri
- Gümrükleme ve danışmanlık
- Depolama ve lojistik yönetimi
- International sea freight (FCL/LCL)
- Road transport and distribution
- Air cargo services
- Intermodal transport solutions
- Customs clearance and consultancy
- Warehousing and logistics management
Hizmet kapsamı ve koşulları, her müşteri için ayrı bir hizmet sözleşmesiyle belirlenir. Web sitesinde yer alan bilgiler yalnızca genel tanıtım amaçlıdır ve teklif niteliği taşımamaktadır.
The scope and terms of service are determined by a separate service agreement for each customer. Information on the website is for general introductory purposes only and does not constitute a quotation.
3. Ödeme ve Fiyatlandırma 3. Payment & Pricing
Hizmet fiyatları, taşıma güzergahı, yük tipi, hacim ve ağırlığa göre değişkenlik göstermektedir. Tüm fiyatlandırmalar yazılı teklif formatında sunulur ve taraflarca imzalanan sözleşme ile kesinleşir.
Service prices vary depending on the transport route, cargo type, volume, and weight. All pricing is presented in written quotation format and is finalized with a contract signed by the parties.
- Ödemeler, sözleşmede belirtilen vade ve yöntemlere göre yapılır
- Gecikmeli ödemelerde yasal faiz uygulanabilir
- Fiyat teklifleri, sunulduğu tarihten itibaren 30 gün geçerlidir
- Döviz bazlı tekliflerde kur riski müşteriye aittir
- Payments are made according to the deadlines and methods specified in the contract
- Legal interest may be applied for delayed payments
- Price quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of submission
- For foreign currency-based quotes, the exchange rate risk belongs to the customer
4. Sorumluluk Sınırları 4. Liability Limitations
Feriron Lojistik, hizmetlerini azami özen ve dikkatle sunmaktadır. Ancak aşağıdaki durumlarda sorumluluk kabul edilmez:
Feriron Lojistik provides its services with maximum care and diligence. However, no responsibility is accepted in the following cases:
- Doğal afetler, grev veya savaş gibi mücbir sebepler
- Müşterinin hatalı veya eksik beyanından kaynaklanan durumlar
- Gümrük mevzuatından doğan gecikmeler
- Üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcıların kusurlu işlemleri
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or war
- Situations arising from incorrect or incomplete declarations by the customer
- Delays arising from customs legislation
- Faulty transactions by third-party service providers
Taşıma sırasında oluşabilecek hasar veya kayıplar, uluslararası taşıma konvansiyonları (CMR, IATA, Lahey-Visby Kuralları vb.) çerçevesinde değerlendirilir.
Damage or loss that may occur during transport is evaluated within the framework of international transport conventions (CMR, IATA, Hague-Visby Rules, etc.).
5. Fikri Mülkiyet 5. Intellectual Property
Web sitemizde yer alan tüm içerik, tasarım, logo, metin, grafik ve yazılımlar Feriron Lojistik'e aittir ve telif hukuku kapsamında koruma altındadır. İzin alınmadan kopyalanması, dağıtılması veya ticari amaçlarla kullanılması yasaktır.
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and software on our website belong to Feriron Lojistik and are protected under copyright law. Copying, distributing, or using them for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

6. Uygulanacak Hukuk 6. Governing Law
Bu kullanım koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğabilecek her türlü anlaşmazlıkta İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
These terms of use are subject to the Laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are competent for any disputes that may arise from these terms.
Uluslararası ticari işlemlerde, taraflarca aksi kararlaştırılmadıkça, Incoterms 2020 kuralları esas alınır.
In international commercial transactions, Incoterms 2020 rules shall apply unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
